1993年畢業于海大食品工程專業,隨后取得食品安全碩士學位(2006~2008年)。1996年開始從事HACCP的培訓和認證工作。
現為天祥集團BRC(英國零售協會)系列標準的項目經理,亞太區食品認證技術總監,天祥集團中國區食品事業部副總經理。中國首批食品安全評價師,中國首批食品安全評價講師,中國商務部,認監委特聘食品安全專家。
擁有十余年的食品及消費品領域的驗貨,審核,認證從業經驗。作為審核組長,取得遠東地區第一個取得RvA的HACCP認可資格的認證機構。在國內外經歷超過600次的審核經歷,曾在巴黎,柏林,曼谷、倫敦參加BRC/IFS等機構官方舉辦的系列技術培訓,先后到過日本、土耳其、巴基斯坦、埃及、沙特阿拉伯、馬來西亞等國家進行食品安全管理體系的審核。參與國家“十五”課題中“食品安全關鍵技術研究”的工作,并負責起草了青島市四個有關餐飲業HACCP應用的地方標準;負責BRC消費品標準及食品標準的中文轉換工作;負責BRC官方在中國活動的全程翻譯工作,是天祥集團資深的BRC/IFS/MSC/GAP專家。目前國內僅有的英國零售協會批準的全球培訓教師ATP兩位之一。
Anthony holds a Masters’ Degree of food safety (2008) and Bachelor of Food Engineering Degree (1993) from China Ocean University with an emphasis on food science & food process.
He joined SGS China in 1996 as senior inspector in Food Sector of Consumer Product Department and HACCP tutor, then transfer to Moody on 2001, the field including food, packaging and consumer product.
Currently, he is BRC/IFS/GlobalGAP Scheme manager of Intertek, having built a team of 30 BRC qualified auditors serving about 600 companies in China. In 2012, Moody was merged into Intertek, Anthony became Techincal Director for food certification, APAC and deputy general manager of Food Service in China.
As an IPC registered Lead Auditor, Anthony has considerable experience of auditing in quality management system and food safety management system, including BRC, IFS, MSC, FSMS and GlobalGAP etc. And he is also Moody approved and registered tutor, and a BRC Approved Training Provider for BRC Global Standard Food issue 6.
