2004年畢業于中國農業大學。2004年起供職于國家認證認可監督管理委員會（CNCA），目前任CNCA注冊管理部注冊二處處長。主要負責進出口食品企業注冊備案管理、HACCP應用管理等。

Dr. Huang Bin received his PhD degree in China Agriculture University in 2004.  He worked in CNCA from 2004 up to the present with responsibility for import and export food facility registration management and HACCP application management.
